Bruce Olson has been President and CEO of OrCon Industries
since 1984. He has over 30 years experience in Sales and Management
in the Packaging industry and has been an advocate of environmental
products to solve packaging problems. Mr. Olson has been an active
member of local packaging organizations, including serving as a
Board Member, Committee Chair and President of Rochester Area Packaging
Association.

Cheryl LeBlanc currently serves as Vice President of Customer
Support and Manufacturing Operations and has had a career in the
packaging industry since 1981. Her responsibilities include Human
Resources, Customer Service, and Manufacturing operations. She is
actively involved with the Genesee Area Personnel Association, Genesee
County United Way, along with other community and professional affiliations.

Gale Hastings serves as Executive Vice President Materials
Management & Information Systems, has been with OrCon since
1989 after having previously been employed in the glass manufacturing
industry. Mr. Hastings has overall responsibilities for the function
and optimization of the company's information system, oversees the
cost estimating process, as well as material management. His degree
in Industrial Management and Industrial Engineering brings many
years of experience to the Company.

Bob Hinett has been partner in the firm since its inception
in 1984. Mr. Hinett has served in numerous management positions
over the years, sales & marketing as well as manufacturing and
facility operations. A long time member of Institute of Professional
Packaging, he was initiated into Pi Alpha Kappa, an honorary society
of IOPP in 1994 for his outstanding contributions to the organization.

Richard Flanagan, Vice President of Package Design and Engineering,
has been with OrCon since 1988 after having worked in the packaging
industry for a number of years. Mr. Flanagan is a graduate of the
RIT Packaging Science Department and is well-known for his creativity
in designs. He has had involvement with the Institute of Packaging
Professionals (IOPP) as well as a member of the Industrial Advisory
Board for the Packaging Science Department at RIT.
